In the final week of my internship, I am wrapping up a few projects! I am finishing up the editing job of a climate activist document, working on my M&E passion project – and, of course, catching up on my weekly blog posts! I am really happy to have had the opportunity to intern at Girl Up this summer, and I am grateful for the support of SIF and WAPPP to fund my internship.
A special part of Week Nine is that I am able to travel to D.C. and work in-person for part of this week! It’s a little disappointing that I am in the office this week instead of last, but flights were extremely expensive last week and I am limited by the funds I was granted! It was interesting to see how few people have begun to work in-person again – an interesting transition out of remote work.
